CHE GUEVARA

This creation is my very first Artwork. I made it in 1997 in Portugal while I was looking for an iconic portrait to interpret in Calligraphy. Regardless of his legacy, he is still a symbol of Revolution. The technique I used consisted in dividing the original portrait into areas such as the hat, the hairs, the face and use a different style for each. I used different pen sizes, various calligraphic flows so the density of writing would help distinguish the elements.
